Base Operations Division
is responsible for ESNAAD’s core activities such as Material handling, Port Services, Manpower / Equipment Hire, Property Rental, Maintenance & Engineering Projects and Waste Management which together employs nearly half the Company workforce.
Annual turnover of the Division around AED. 310 million in 2008.
Main objective:
- Increase contribution to esnaad revenue & profit
- Introduce service level agreements
- Arrange for skills training on regular basis
- Enhance safety performance
- Standardize c.A.R. Process
