Client Services

This section is primarily responsible for achieving opeartion division’s objectives to serve as a front desk to handle all tenants’ requirements on the base and are responsible for:

• Customer service / client relation coordination
• Service contracts (manpower & eqpt supply, tenancy contracts) admin.
• Waste management
  Undertakes and supervises the collection, disposal of municipal wastes, industrial waste of hazardous and non-hazardous nature that are generated and/or delivered to the Base.
• chlorine handling coordination
  • Supply of Chlorine Gas in Cylinders (1000 kg & 65 kg)
  • Storage and Degassing Facility at Al Dhafra
  • Safe Handling/Transportation Facilities both at MOSB and Al Dhafra.
• Warehouse management
• Compiling the division’s activity reports
• Division’s training plan follow-up and co-ordination
• Maintain update record of leased facilities, contracted manpower and equipment
• EXECUTE HAND/TAKE OVER OF FACILITIES i.E. Warehouse, office, storage and special facilties and follow up repair and maintenance.
• Provision of administrative support to bod.

• The base, built over an area of 105 hectares offers various facilities for rental, which includes:
